Who I am
Deborah Antich RSPS, CFP, CMA
Fentanyl Field Specialist embedding in communities providing support from the inside out.
Engagement includes but is not limited to:
- Community Peer Support Groups
- Supporting Criminal Justice Involved individuals and families through Courts, Schools, Specialty Systems
- Prevention, Intervention + Evidence Based Education
- Harm Reduction
- Organizing, facilitating Community Conversations
- Aftercare which may include access to Medication Assisted Treatment
- Ongoing individual person centered support (navigating barriers to achieve long term recovery)
How I Work
I specialize in trauma informed crisis management which is why my research and work are dedicated to the Fentanyl Crisis
I view situations from multiple neutral perspectives, seeking the best possible outcome for all involved
As someone from the outside, I don't have the emotional attachment to outcomes that others within a situation might so I make evidence based decisions, not emotional ones
I tailor each plan of action specifically to individual, community's or organizational needs based on over 14 years professional experience. Experience gained from working in multiple roles in the court system including as a CASA, Juvenile Case Manager and currently as a Licensed Drug Offender Educator, Recovery Support Peer Specialist and Certified Family Partner.
